Returns and complaints
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale.
If you want to return or exchange the products, first contact the Service Provider (contact information) and ask for return instructions. In product returns, the customer is invoiced for delivery and freight costs.
The product must be returned by post and the product must be carefully packaged.
The Service Provider reserves the right to charge the costs to the customer if the customer return has been made without reason or in violation of the terms of the contract.
The customer is obliged to keep copies of the return documents. The tracking ID from the customer return is the only way to prove the shipment.
By returning the products, you accept the Service Provider's return terms.

Delivery and freight costs for an appropriate complaint will not be invoiced.
In the case of a refund, a refund will be made for the method of payment used in the order.
Complaints concerning a product or service must be made immediately to the Service Provider or Merchant. The manufacturer of the product must be given the opportunity to replace the defective part with a new one in order to obtain a faultless end product for the Customer. If a defective part is used in a product, it may not result in a price reduction.
