1 Application of Terms of Use

1.1 Scope of application

Fincustomjigs ​​(Business ID 2224822-6, hereinafter "Service Provider") is an e-commerce service provided primarily at fincustomjigs.com ("E-Commerce Service"). The Service allows users ("Customer") to purchase products or services offered by Stores ("Merchant"). Use of the e-commerce service requires that the Customer undertakes to comply with these terms of use. Use of some sections also requires registration with the E-Commerce Service. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

1.2 Other applicable conditions

The Customer undertakes to comply with any instructions issued by the Service Provider separately or in connection with the use of the E-Commerce Service in connection with the use or delivery of the E-Commerce Service. The current terms of use are available on the Service Provider's website.

When purchasing a product or service offered by the Service Provider or the Merchant in the E-Commerce Service, the Customer undertakes to comply with the orders and delivery terms in force at the time of the Service Provider or the Merchant.

The colors of the products may vary depending on the display settings, and the actual colors may differ from the colors shown in the illustrations.

2. Use of the e-commerce service

The e-commerce service is basically available twenty-four (24) hours a day. However, the Service Provider has the right to temporarily disable the E-Commerce Service or a part thereof due to maintenance, installation, modification work, public order and security, excessive system load or other similar reason.

The Service Provider has the right to add, change and delete parts of the E-Commerce Service and to terminate the maintenance of the E-Commerce Service in part or in full.

All rights, including copyrights, of the e-commerce service belong to the Service Provider or its contractual partners.

The Customer has no right to record, publicly display, transmit, retransmit or use the E-Commerce Service or the content received through it or any part thereof other than within the limits permitted by these Terms of Use and Copyright Act. The Customer may not use the E-Commerce Service in violation of the Service Provider's or third party's copyright or other rights. The Customer may distribute offers related to individual products or services contained in the E-Commerce Service on social media or e-mail as an individual, but otherwise making the E-Commerce Service content or part of the content available to the public . The Customer has no right to form another work or service from the E-Commerce Service or a part thereof.

3. Purchasing from an Ecommerce Service

In the e-commerce service, the Customer can browse, search by keyword and buy products or services from different Merchants. Some of the products are offer / order products, and some are immediately payable products purchased through the E-commerce service. Purchasing a product or service from the E-Commerce Service requires registration with the E-Commerce Service.

The products to be ordered are selected in the E-commerce service by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the Cashier function of the E-commerce service. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.

3.1 Origin and Termination of the Agreement

The purchase order placed by the customer through the E-commerce service is binding. An agreement on a product or service arises between the Service Provider and the Customer. The Service Provider sends the Customer a confirmation of the purchase.

4 Customer information

4.1 Registration for the E-Commerce Service

The Customer is entitled to use the E-Commerce Service in accordance with these Terms of Use and other rules and instructions concerning the E-Commerce Service. When registering for the E-Commerce Service and / or placing an order, the Customer must provide the required registration information (hereinafter "Customer Data"), which enables the Customer to identify and identify and select a password-protected user ID ("User ID") to use the e-commerce service. 4.2 Information provided by the customer

The Customer shall provide the Service Provider with the information required by the Service Provider for the delivery of the E-Commerce Service. The customer declares that he has provided the information correctly and up-to-date. The Customer is responsible for any errors or delays due to incomplete or outdated information provided by the Customer.

4.3 Registration and Use of Customer Information

When placing an order through the E-Commerce Service and / or registering with the E-Commerce Service, the Customer becomes the Service Provider's customer and his or her information is registered in the Service Provider's customer register. The Service Provider processes the Customers' personal data in accordance with the e-commerce service's register description and data protection clause, as well as privacy protection legislation.

Customer information is confidential. In addition, the Service Provider may disclose Customer or Identification Data to a police or other authority if there is reason to suspect that an offense has been committed, the investigation of which may be facilitated by the disclosure of Customer or Identification Data, and the authority shall make a reasoned request.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the E-Commerce Service will operate uninterrupted and / or error-free.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages that may occur to the Customer due to the use of incorrect, incomplete or interpretative information in the E-Commerce Service. The Service Provider is also not liable for damages caused to the Customer or third parties by the use of the E-Commerce Service or by malfunctions, technical defects, malicious software, links or interruptions.

The Contractor shall not be liable for delays or damages resulting from an obstacle beyond his control which he could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the conclusion of the contract and the consequences of which he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. A strike, lockout, boycott and other industrial action is considered to be a case of force majeure even if the contracting party is itself the target or participant in it.

6. Validity of Terms

7. Changes

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally change the content, operations and these terms of use of the E-Commerce Service in order to develop the E-Commerce Service and for any other necessary reason. The changes will take effect when the Service Provider announces it on the web page related to the E-Commerce Service and the terms and conditions have been available on the E-Commerce Service for seven (7) days. If the change in the E-Commerce Service or the Terms of Use is due to changes in legislation, exchange rates, taxes and other official regulations, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control, the changes will take effect immediately.
